The ball-winding machine is suitable to produce high quality
balls of wool, acrylic, mixed and fancy yarns and similar fibers
from 20 to 150 gr (maximum height of cm 21). |

DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS |

Flexibility:
It is possible to produce classic and do-nut balls and balls
with inner core with a single machine. |
|
Production:
The winding speed can be up to 1200 rpm and the whole winding
cycle is completely automatic. Automatic opening and closing of
the mandrels, automatic cutting of the yarn and automatic
clamping of the tails for the next cycle. |
|
Quality:
The patterns and the thread laying of the balls are controlled
with extreme precision by a computer (VEGA). The device is also
able to change pattern automatically during the winding cycle to
obtain the do-nut ball more voluminous and softer. |
|
Sturdiness:
The machine has been designed and manufactured based on over 30
years of experience in construction of ball-winding machines:
all electronic and pneumatic parts are well-proven and the best
quality available. The yarn cutters are a special design and the
most efficient type for all kind of yarns. |

Safety:
The machine is equipped (by request) with a safety gate that
opens and closes automatically during the winding cycle. A
safety photocell device stops the machine in case of danger.
These devices have been studied to satisfy the latest safety
regulations and CE declaration of conformity. |

WORKING CYCLE |
|
Start by pushing the start button, automatic closing of the
safety gate, automatic expansion of the mandrels, construction
of the balls, automatic release of the clamped yarn ends,
automatic stop at the preselected weight, automatic opening of
the safety gate, automatic cutting of the yarn with automatic
clamping for the next cycle. |
