SCT.240 - Type C/NEXUS

	The ball-winding machine with numeric control called SCT.240 type C Nexus and presented for the first time in 1991 is a high technology machine where the patterns, the shapes and the weights of the balls are controlled by a computer and where all the data can be stored in programs. It is possible to produce all the balls in wool, acrylic, cotton, crochet thread, mixed yarns, fancy yarns and similar fibres with one single machine, just changing the number of program and, if necessary, the mandrels.
	SEMIAUTOMATIC BALL-WINDING MACHINE SCT240/200 TYPE C-NEXUS
	Suitable for the production of balls in wool, acrylic, cotton, mixed yarns and similar fibres from 10 to 100 gr and with maximum length of 17 cm.
	SEMIAUTOMATIC BALL-WINDING MACHINE SCT240/240 TYPE C-NEXUS
	Suitable for the production of balls in wool, acrylic, cotton, mixed yarns and similar fibres from 20 to 150 gr and with maximum length of 21 cm.
	WORKING CYCLE
	Start by pushing the start button, automatic closing of the safety gate, automatic expansion of the mandrels, construction of the balls, automatic release of the clamped ends, automatic stop at the preselected weight, automatic opening of the safety gate, automatic cutting of the yarn with automatic clamping of the tails and the ends for the next cycle.

	Electronic automatic gearbox: controls the ratio between the flyers and the mandrels (pattern of the balls) It is possible to set up to 4 patterns from 1:2,000 to 1:300,000 The device is also able to change pattern up to 4 times automatically during the winding cycle in order to produce balls more voluminous and softer.
	Beam movement (shape of the balls) and weigth of the balls
	Various preselections such as the weight of the balls, the time of the automatic gearbox, the automatic release of the yarn ends, automatic intermediate stop and many others…
	Yarn feeding device speed (option)
	Message display to avoid mistakes of the operator during the winding cycle. The display automatically shows messages such as: "Cutting cycle", "Insert card discs!", "Insert inner cores!", "Press start!", "Balls ready!", etc.
	Automation control
	All the data can be memorized in 200 programs and can be recalled every time.
